There are always a lot of funny customers out there & they always like to play stunts on me.
They just like to come out with all funny questions that common sense can explain.
But I don’t understand why they can’t just think before they talk/ask.
Incident encounter during Saturday evening (21.o9.2009)
I was ultra busy that particular moments.
There was this customer that asked for bill. So ii bring it over to her.
Customer: what are the various promotion going on?
Me: waraku member entitled to 10%; HSBC entitled to 10%; And the various cash voucher if you have any.
P.S: Team & condition is they cannot be use together.This kkj customer spent 69bucks and she have a $50 cash voucher. So after discount, the amount that she needs to pay is only 19bucks.
Me: Thank you Mdm, this is the amount after discount.
Customer: so can I use my HSBC card to get another 10% discount?
Me: Eh, nope. You are only able to use either one.
Customer: but why? ii am only getting another 10% for e remaining amount but not the whole bill?
Me: but you are only entitled to either one in a single bill?
Customer: no, i dont understand, why?
Me: eh, sorry, ii will get my manager to explain it to you.
*fake smile & walked away*
Common sense tells us that discount cannot be use like that what.
If that was the case, remaining $19 get a 10% discount from HSBC, left with $17.10. then asked for another 10% from member card. Then in the end, whole meal free better.
No need pay la like that.
Just another idiot! ROAR!
